| Level 1 |
VAULT Hurdle jump to
straight, tuck, straddle to stick. Step hurdle punch
underarm swing to 8" mat. Squat on 3' box, jump off
landing. Running drills, knee-ups and heel kicks.

BARS Chin-up hold - 10
seconds. Pullover with box. Single leg swing with touch
of floor. Glide bend knees 3 times. |
BEAM Front support
mount. Pivot turns left/right. Relive walks,
front/back/side. Straight jump dismount. |
FLOOR Front/back tuck,
straddle roll. Handstand lead up to lunge. Bridge
candlestick. Split jump to 45 degrees.

| Level 2 |
VAULT Straddle jump to
3' box jump-off. Jump off 3' box to punch board. Squat
on vault, jump-off, landing. Running drill, one-leg hops
right/left. |
BARS 2x
glides. Pull-over. Underswing dismount. Cast back hip
circle. |
BEAM Stride leap to
lunge. Straight jump. Arabesques scale to 30
degrees. Walks, passe. coupe, high kicks, grapevine, dips.

FLOOR 30 degree split
leap. Cartwheel (good side). Back bend to kick
over. Straddle press to head stand.

| Level 3 |
VAULT Straddle jump on
vault, jump-off. Box to board to forward roll. Squat
through vault. Underarm circle to HS, fall to flat back.

BARS Cast sole circle
dismount. Cast single leg through. Underswing
dismount. Stride circle. |
BEAM Stride leap to
lunge 30 degrees. Straight jump, split jump 30
degrees. Lunge HS to lunge. Scale to 45 degrees.

FLOOR Split leap to 60
degrees. Cartwheel left and
right. Handstand. Backward pike roll with straight arms.

| Boys Program |
HIGH BAR Pullover drop
to basket cast. Swing x4, 1/2 turn to mixed. Grip swing
x2, rear dismount. |
RINGS (SR) Mount
hanging, L hold. Swing to inverted hang. Pike to skin
the cat dismount. |
POMMEL HORSE Leg swings
(L)(R)(L)(R) , leg forward. Left leg forward dismount.

FLOOR Cartwheel,
90-degree turn, forward roll. Scale to prone fall 1/2 turn
to pike. Candle to stand, runaround, off-punch stick.

PARALLEL BARS Jump
mount, swings x4 to straddle. L hold back to straddle
travel swings x4. Rear dismount or (drop to middle of
parallel bars). |
VAULT Squat on, jump off.
