Thank you for your interest in Ultimate Gymnastics. We want both you and your child to enjoy our gym. The following policies are designed to ensure that your experience is a positive one, and to help us keep the gym running in a professional and safe manner. If you have any questions regarding these policies, please feel free to speak with any of our staff members.

LEVELS
In the sport of gymnastics, levels are used to aid in progressive teaching. Each level consists of a set of skills the gymnast must master on each apparatus before moving to the next level. A child's progression through levels will be determined by the coach, with input from the parent and gymnast.

• Level 1 is the first, or beginner level in artistic gymnastics.
  
• Level 2 is more advanced, and so on through Level 10, the highest skill level.

PAYMENT TERMS
Tuition is paid by the session and is due before the session starts. We cannot hold your space in class until payment is received. A $35.00 fee will be assigned for all returned checks.

REGISTRATION FEE
Annual registration fee of $40 per student is due on your anniversary date of every year. Registration is required of all students, including private lessons. 

HOLIDAYS
Monthly tuition is based on a four class month. Some months have five weeks and therefore five classes, while others have only three. There is no adjustment to tuition for either of these cases. On an annual basis, they balance each other out.

MAKE-UPS
We do not promise, or owe, make-up classes. However, we will do our best to get your child scheduled into another class of the same level if room is available. All scheduled make-ups MUST be attended within the session, maximum of 2 make-ups per session. Please do not come for a make-up class without scheduling it in advance with the office. Missed classes MAY NOT be used toward waiving tuition.

REFUNDS
There are no refunds.

PARENTS
We encourage parents to watch your children learn and grow at Ultimate Gymnastics by following these simple guidelines:

• Please leave the coaching to us. Please do not communicate with your child during class.
• If siblings/friends are present during class time, please keep them in the viewing area.
• Neither parents nor siblings/friends are allowed on the equipment at any time.
• Parents are expected to pick up students on time. Ultimate Gymnastics is not equipped with child care services and supervision of such students is not possible when other classes are in session.
• Parents can help support safety in the gym by encouraging the "No Horse Play" rule with your children.

CLOTHING
Girls are required to wear a leotard. If tights are worn, they must be footless. Boys are asked to wear gym shorts without zippers or buttons and a T-shirt. Hair must be tied back and out of face. No shoes or socks are needed. No jewelry, please.
